Ajax will not buy Mohamed Ihattaren
The purchase option that Ajax had in the loan agreement with Mohamed Ihattaren will not be exercised. Therefore, he returns to Juventus in January.
In the summer of 2021, Juventus bought the talent Mohamed Ihattaren from PSV Eindhoven.
But the first season in the Italian big club was chaotic and only half a year later he was loaned to Ajax.
But not there either, the now 20-years-old Ihattaren has gotten it loose and has only made one apperance with the first team since his arrival, as he player just 4 minutes as a subustitute against his former team, PSV Eindhoven, in the KNVB Beker (Dutch Cup) final in April 2022, which they (Ajax) lost by two goals to one.
During Monday evening, the Dutch big club confirms that the purchase option they have in the loan agreement will not be used.

The attacking midfielder will therefore return to Juve at the beginning of January.
Ihattaren has yet to play a match in the Serie A, although his period with Juventus and Sampdoria (on loan) since August 2021.
